When it is determined that the event area has become saturated with traffic, Command Officers will restrict access to the South End.  Once the roadways are closed, the primary entry point for residents will be North Clark Blvd and Brown's Station Way (near Culligan Water). All other vehicles will be denied entry. This final closing will be determined by the amount of Event Traffic.  In the past it has occurred around 5:00 P.M.

Please Note:  Residents only need to show one of the following items to pass a "check point" at any given time:

1.  Valid registration for vehicle with legal address.

2.  Valid operator license that shows residential
      address.

3.  Valid Utility Bill that shows residential address.

4.  Valid Residential Parking Or Special Access
      Permit issued by Police.
    

Additional Road Closings Include:

1.  North Clark and Brown's Station Way

2.  Stansifer Ave. exit ramp from Brown's Sta. Way

3.  McCulloch Pike and Emery Lane

4.  Stansifer Ave. (east) to Brown's Station Way

5.  Harrison at Bailey Ave. Closed At 6:00 A.M.
(Saturday April 12th)

6.  Brown's Station Way East Bound Will Close at 7:00 P.M. April 12th. All Traffic Will Be Routed to Lewis and Clark Parkway. No East Bound Access
To Brown's Station Way from L and C Parkway

7. Winbourne and Riverside Closed At 6:00 A.M.

On Saturday April 12th at 8:50 P.M. Harrison Ave becomes a one-way (East Bound) until the conclusion of the fireworks show.

ALL ROADS BECOME ONE-WAY (NORTH BOUND) OUT OF THE EVENT AREA AT 8:50 P.M.  No south bound traffic will be permitted!!!
