News Release: August 13, 2008 Clarksville’s Most Wanted Persons Arrested in Louisville. Detectives of the Clarksville Police Department arrest 2 of Clarksville's Most Wanted, thanks in part to the local news media and public involvement. After police contacted local newspapers and TV stations, and posting the Most Wanted Fliers on the police website, a number of anonymous tips regarding the whereabouts of both Damon Coots and Antonyne M. Penick panned out. "It took just over 72 hours to apprehend these wanted persons thanks to the public and the News Media involvement,” said Chief Ingle. “We are grateful indeed." CPD detectives along with LMPD officers arrested the pair near Manslick Road in Louisville. Both were arrested without incident and are being held in the Jefferson County Jail on charges from Kentucky and Robbery and Burglary charges from Indiana. Clarksville Police
